'All About That Bass' by newcomer Meghan Trainor remains at no.1 this week!

 'All About That Bass' by newcomer Meghan Trainor remains at no.1 of the Global Track Chart for a second week. Now with the jump at no.1 in Germany and United Kingdom the smash reached a new peak, it grows up another healthy 17% to 448.000 points, a total of 3.155.000 after 11 weeks on the tally. 'Shake It Off' by Taylor Swift holds the vice-position with 366.000 points and 'Bang Bang' by Jessie J, Ariana Grande, and  Nicki Minaj is still at no.3 with 229.000 points. Highest debut of the week is 'Steal My Girl', the first sign of One Direction's upcoming album 'Four' (it will be released in November). The single shoots at no.6 globally with 180.000 points. Country star und ex-'American Idol' winner Carrie Underwood bows at no.30 with 'Something in The Water' and 93.000 points. It's the lead-single of her first greatest hits compilation, which is scheduled to be released in December. South Korean singer / songwriter Kim Dong Ryul opens at no.37 with 'That's Me' and 83.000 points and J-pop boy group Sexy Zone comes in at no.38 with their seventh single-release 'Otoko Never Give Up' and 82.000 points. Finally Irish musician Hozier enters the tally with an one-year old song. 'Take Me To Church' was a big smash in his native country in the fall 2013. Now it ranks on many hitlists around the globe and this week the epic song has enough power for a jump at no.39 with 72.000 points. Outside the Top 40 waiting among other Jason Aldean's 'Just Gettin' Started' at no.43, Ed Sheeran's 'Thinking Out Loud' at no.44, and Sheppard's 'Geronimo' at no.57 for their first appearance on the big list.
