16 months after the release in its native country, 'Am I Wrong' by the Norwegian duo Nico & Vinz tops finally the Global Track Chart. Driven by the massive first-week sales from United Kingdom, the tune jumps from no.3 to no.1 on the current hitlist and grows up 29% in points to 285.000. It's the first global no.1 by a Norwegian act since A-ha's 'Take On Me' topped the list for six weeks nearly 29 years ago, in the autumn 1985. 'Am I Wrong' ends the two-week reign of 'Rude' by Magic!, which ranks now at no.2 and shrinks a minor 1% in points to 268.000 points. Sam Smith's 'Stay With Me' slides one place at no.3 (down 3% to 248.000 points). 20 year-old singer-songwriter, musician and producer Maghan Trainor from Massachusetts is the big new star! Her smash 'All About That Bass' runs with giant steps straight to the top. This week it shoots from no.12 to no.4 after a 35% points boost to 201.000. Rounds out the top five is Maroon 5's 'Maps' with 197.000 points. 'Eight Ranger' is a Japanese film from 2012, starring the members of the boy group Kanjani 8. The follow-up, 'Eight Ranger 2', was released last month. A song from this movie, simply titled as 'ER2', is this week's highest new entry on the global chart at no.18 with 136.000 points. It jumps also atop the Oricon Chart after massive 208.000 singles sales. Also new are 'Anaconda' by Nicki Minaj at no.21 with 116.000 points and 'Body Language' by San E feat. Bumkey at no.34 with 83.000 points. Outside the Top 40 waiting among other Becky G's 'Shower' at no.43, Lady Antebellum's 'Bartender' at no.50 and Dierks Bentley's Drunk On A Plane' at no.53 for their first appearance on the big list.
