Ariana Grande's brand new album 'Thank U, Next' explodes atop the global Album chart with 585,000 equivalent sales reaching #3 on the list of top selling Albums in 2019!

Ariana Grande debuts at #1 on the global Album chart with 'Thank U, Next' and sales of 585,000, 360,000 of which was sold in the US and 33,000 in Canada according to Nielsen Music, 65,000 in the UK according to OCC, 14,000 in Australia according to ARIA, 11,000 in France according to SNEP, 9,000 in Japan according to Oricon and 7,000 in Italy according to FIMI. 'thank u, next' is already #3 on the list of top selling Albums in 2019! Its Grande's 2nd studio Album in 6 months following 'Sweetener' which debuted at #2 in October with sales of 402,000 and has sold over 2 million globally so far!

 

The Bohemian Rhapsody Soundtrack holds at #2 after selling another 125.000 copies and over 2 Million so far!

 

Last week's #1 Album, Lady Gaga's 'AStar Is Born' with Bradley Cooper slips 1 - 3 with sales of 117.000 this week and a total of 3+ Million so far!

 

'Nissy Entertainment 5th Anniversary Best', a compilation by Japanese singer and actor Takashiro Nishijima, known by the stagename of Nissy, debuts at #4 with equivalent sales of 64,000 according to Oricon.

 

The Greatest Showman Soundtrack slips 3 - 5 after selling another 61.000 copies and 6.078.000 so far. It was by far the best-selling Album of 2018!

 

Post Malone's 'Beerbongs & Bentleys" dips 4 - 6, also selling another 61.000 this week and a total of 4.441.000 so far while A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie's 'Hoodie SZN' slips 5 - 7 with sales of 56.000 this past week and a total of 548.000 so far!

 

Travis Scott's Astroworld dips 7 - 8 after selling another 53.000 equivalent sales this week and a total of 2.788.000 so far while Drake's 'Scorpion' dips 8 - 9 with sales of 52.000 this week and 4.669 million so far!

 

Closing the Top 10 World Albums List this week is former #1, SEVENTEEN's 'You made My Dawn' after selling another 51.000 equivalent units and 496.000 so far!
