The album, released on Dec. 3, may sell 120,000 copies in America alone by Sunday, Dec. 8.
Britney will be contending for the No.1 spot with Country Superstar Garth Brooks and his new Album "Blame It All On My Roots," which could sell upwards of 150,000. She will also be contending with One Direction's current No. 1, "Midnight Memories," and the Robertsons' "Duck the Halls: A Robertson Family Christmas" album, all huge sellers.
Eminem's "The Marshall Mathers LP 2" is also a contender.
"Britney Jean" is Britney's eighth studio album. All seven of her previous studio Albums have reached the top, with the exception of "Blackout" in 2007.
