Eminem's 'Music to Be Murdered By' tops the Global Album Chart for a 2nd week and is the World's best-selling album of 2020 so far with sales of over 600.000!

Eminem has done it again as his 11th critically acclaimed album, 'Music to Be Murdered By', scores a 2nd week at #1 on the Global Album chart after selling another 163.000 equivalent sales this past week! It’s the best-selling album of 2020 so far with total global sales surpassing 600,000! 'Music to Be Murdered By' was released by surprise on January 17 via Aftermath Entertainment, Interscope Records and Shady Records just like his previous album 'Kamikaze' in 2018. Produced by Eminem, Dr Dre and others, it features Anderson Paak, Black Thought, Don Tolliver, Ed Sheeran, Joell Ortiz, Juice Wrld, KXNG Crooked, Q-Tip, Royce 5’9”, Skylar Grey and Young MA. The album debuted at #1 on the weekly charts of 15 countries, including America and the UK with Em scoring a Chart Double as "Godzilla" debuted at #1 on the official Singles chart simultaneously! Eminem extended his record-breaking run of consecutive #1 albums in the US and UK to 10! No other act in UK/US chart history has managed to land as many chart-topping albums in a row!

 
 

Back to this week's Global Top 10 Albums, Billie Eilish’s 'When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?' rebounds to #2 after selling another 120.000 equivalent units and nearly 5 million copies so far following her big win at this year's Grammy Awards! Billy won all the top four categories including album of the year, record of the year and song of the year for "Bad Guy" and best new artist. 

 

Roddy Ricch’s former #1, 'Please Excuse Me for Being Anti-Social' rebounds 6-3 this week, selling another 112.000 equivalent units and over 850.000 so far while Halsey’s 3rd studio album 'Manic' dips 2-4 in its 2nd week after selling another 88,000 and around 390,000 so far!

 

Post Malone's “Hollywood’s Bleeding” rebounds 9-5 after selling another 79.000 and over 3.230 million so far while the late Macmiller's 6th studio album 'Circles' dips 4-6 after selling another 68,000 equivalent units in its 2nd week and over 280.000 so far! 

 

Harry Styles 'Fine Line' reenters the Global Top 10 albums chart at #7 after selling another 66.000 and around 1.210 million so far while Selena Gomes’s 'Rare' rebounds 10-8 this week after selling another 59.000 units and around 320.000 so far!

 

Lewis Capaldi’s 'Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent' reenters the Top 10 global Albums chart at #9 after selling another 58.000 units and around 1.890.000 so far and the legendary Duo, Pet Shop Boys, debut at #10 on the global chart with their brand new album 'Hotspot' and 1st week sales of 57.000!
