Japanese Singer/Songwriter Gen Hoshino debuts at #1 on the Global Album chart with #PopVirus and equivalent sales of 304.000!

Japanese singer/songwriter, musician and actor Gen Hoshino debuts at #1 on the Global Album chart with his brand new LP 'Pop Virus'! It's his 1st Number One on the Global Album Chart! Hoshino released his 1st Solo Album 'Baka no Uta' on 23 June 2010, followed by 'Episode' on 28 September 2011. His 3rd Album 'Stranger' was released on 1 May 2013, and went to #2 in Japan followed by 'Yellow Dancer' on 2 December 2015 which finally reached #1 on the Oricon chart!

 

Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper's 'A Star Is Born' Soundtrack holds at #2 after selling another 193.000 equivalent units this past week and a total of 2.257.000 so far!

 

Michael Bublé's 'Christmas' rises 6 - 3 with sales of 186.000 this week and 12.515.000 since its release just over a year ago!

 

The Bohemian Rhapsody Soundtrack slips one spot from 3 - 4 after selling another 177.000 equivalent units this week and 1.329.000 so far!

 

21 Savage debuts at #5 this week with his brand new Album 'I Am > I Was' and equivalent sales of 169.000!

 

The Greatest Showman Soundtrack slips 6 - 7 after selling another 149.000 equivalent sales this week and a total of 5.547.000 so far!

 

Michael Bublé's 'Love' slips 4 - 7 with 133.000 equivalent sales this week and a total of 878.000 since its release 6 weeks ago! 

 

Last week's #1 Album, EXO's 'Don't Mess Up My Tempo' (+Repackage Love Shot) slips 7 spots to #8 with 123.000 equivalent sales this week and a total of 1.807.000 so far.

 

New entry at #9 for Hoodie SZN's "A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie" after selling 105.000 equivalent sales in its 1st week.

 

Johnny Hallyday's "Mon Pays C'est L'amour"closes this week's Global Top 10 with 94.000 equivalent sales this week and a total of 1.498.000 so far!
