Katy Perry is No.1 for the 9th week with Roar

What a week it’s been for Katy Perry! She’s just released her third studio album "Prism", celebrated her 29th birthday and now topped the World's Best-selling Singles Chart for an incredible 9 weeks! This is the 2nd longest running #1 of 2013 after Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines." Katy is also No.1 in Australia for the 9th consecutive week!

 

Avicii remains at No.2 for the 5th week with his global hit  "Wake Me Up!" . Lorde's "Royals" remains at No.3 on the World chart but is N°1 in America now for the 3rd week.  Miley Cyrus is still at No.4 with "Wrecking Ball". New entry at No.5 and greatest gainer this week for Eminem's "Rap God," the 3rd Single from his upcoming album "The Marshall Mather LP 2".
Up one from 7 to No.6 is One Republic's "Counting Stars" which is No.1 this week in the UK! 
At No.7 is Drake's "Hold On We're going Home". Lady Gaga is at No.8 with her Dance Hit "Applause". Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" is at No.9 and closing the top 10 is Ellie Goulding with "Burn"
    
New entries this week are Justin Bieber at No.11 with "All That Matters", Pitbull's new single "Timber" featuring Ke$ha at  No.26, Avicii's new Single "Hey Brother" at No.27, 2PM's "Winter Games" at No.28, Imagine Dragon's 4th Single "Demons" at No.32 and Bruno Mars Gorilla which closes the Best-selling Singles chart at No.40.
