"The Monster" marks the 4th Eminem and Rihanna collaboration. The Song was written by Marshall Mathers, Jon Bellion and the Artist Bebe Rexha. "The Monster" was released on October 29, 2013, as the fourth single from Em's new album "Marshall Mathers LP2". "The Monster", No.2 this week in America, first entered the US Hot 100 chart at number three, on November 6, 2013, marking Eminem's third best entry following "Not Afraid" (No. 1, 2010) and "Love the Way You Lie" also featuring Rihanna (No. 2, 2010). The entry gave Rihanna her 25th top ten on the chart, equalling Elvis Presley for the eighth-most top tens in the chart's history.

"The Monster" has successfully charted worldwide and has topped the charts in the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

In Canada, the song debuted at number one on the Canadian Hot 100, selling 53,000 downloads, making it Eminem's highest selling debut week in Canada for a single since his song "Berzerk," which sold 50,000 downloads in its debut week.

The album also marks Eminem's seventh No.1 consecutive album to debut at No.1. His only album to miss the top slot was his first release, 1999's The Slim Shady LP, which debuted and peaked at number two.

In Canada, the album debuted at number two on the Canadian Albums Chart, selling 104,000 copies, just falling behind Celine Dion's new album Loved Me Back to Life, which sold 2,000 copies more.

Imagine Dragons' Video "On Top Of The World' Is Not What Fans Would Expect

"It's a very different video; if you've watched our videos, you know to expect the unexpected. But I think this is my favorite," says frontman Dan Reynolds; "There's a lot going on it it, some if it is subliminal. 'Sno Gard.' I'll say that. It has no meaning to you, but when you see the video, you'll be like 'Sno Gard . "
"Sno Gard" is "Dragons" spelled backwards and pops up several times in the clip. A boy has it written on his T-shirt, and when the broadcast of the band's faked moon landing cuts out, it's seen on TV screens.
The new video refers to the past and films of Stanley Kubrick ("The Shining," "2001: A Space Odyssey") and there is a clever nod to the "Paul is Dead" urban legend that surrounded the Beatles. The video is surreal and subliminal ... The Dragons wear facial hair in the clip proving they are still not too tired to have some fun.
"It also probably has something to do with sleep deprivation, like, when you just think everything is hilarious," Reynolds said. "We've been blown away by this past year, our heads are spinning, we need to go collect out minds and take in what's going on. I don't think any of us understand what this past year has been ... and maybe we all need a nap or something."
And what a year! Imagine Dragons have one of the top selling albums of the past 12 months with sales of over 2 million!

New U2 Album Coming Early 2014!

Posted on November 14, 2013

Irish Superstars U2 are due to release a new album in April 2014, according to reports which also claim the album could be announced at the Super Bowl XLVIII in February. Madonna's manager Guy Oseary, who has been running U2's day-to-day affairs, is reaching out to potential sponsors on the band's behalf. The album announcement would be seen by tens of millions of TV viewers during the half-time of the annual NFL final on February 2.

U2's last Album "No Line On The Horizon" was released in 2009 and debuted at No.1 in 30 Countries! Adam Clayton says the band are trying to get the songs "absolutely right" prior to Christmas. Earlier this year U2 were reportedly spotted entering a New York studio with Coldplay's Chris Martin, fuelling speculation that the singer may appear on the band's new album. All four members of the rock group were seen at the Electric Lady Studios in New York in May. The Album is being produced by Danger Mouse and the project is finally near completion.

As for what the new music could sound like, in a recent interview, longtime producer Daniel Lanois commented on the new U2 songs. “It sounded amazing, very, very big and powerful-sounding,” he said. “Some of it was adventurous. There were shades of ‘Achtung Baby.’” U2 also recently revealed their first new song in three years: “Ordinary Love,” a soaring anthem that will appear on the soundtrack to the forthcoming film Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom. The song will also be released on 10-inch vinyl for Record Store Day's Black Friday Event.
