XXXTentacion's 3rd Studio Album 'Skins' debuts atop the Global Album Chart this week with 182,000 equivalent sales. The American Rapper was working on 'Skins' before he was trafically killed, and it's his 1st Album to be released posthumously. On June 18, 2018, XXXTentacion (Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy) was shot dead at just 20, in a robbery at a motorcycle dealership in Florida. The attackers fled the scene in an SUV after stealing his bag. Four suspects were arrested and are currently awaiting trial. 

 

New entry at #2 this week for Japanese rock duo Kobukuro with their best-of compilation 'All The Best 1998 - 2018' on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the creation of the Band. The set debuted with 170,000 equivalent sales in its 1st week, according to Oricon. 

 

The Bohemian Rhapsody Soundtrack slips 2 - 3 after selling another 154.000 equivalent units and 976.000 so far!

 

Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper's 'A Star Is Born' Soundtrack holds at #4 after selling another 147.000 copies and 1.873.000 so far.

 

Last week's Chart Topper, Meek Mill's 'Championships' slips 4 spots to #5 this week after selling another 144.000 units and 410.000 in 2 weeks!

 

Michael Bublé's 'Christmas' rises 7 - 6 with after selling another 126.000 units and 12.186.000 so far and his 'Love' Album moves up 8 - 7 after selling another 125.000 units this week and 593.000 so far!

 

The Greatest Showman Soundtrack rises 10 - 8 with sales of 116.000 this week and 5.264.000 so far and Japanese 7-member boygroup Johnny's West debuts at #9 with their 5th studio effort 'WestV!' and sales of 96,000!

 

Closing this week's top 10 is Johnny Hallyday's 'Mon Pays C'Est L'Amour' with sales of 88.000 equivalent units and an incredible 1.298.000 so far!



US Rapper Meek Mill has the World's best-selling Album this week, with his brand new effort 'Championships' which lands at #1 on the Global Album chart with sales of 266.000 after topping the Billboard 200 in America at the beginning of the week! The very talented Rapper can celebrate a brilliant end to a bad year, topping the Global chart for the 1st time!

 

Queen's Soundtrack 'Bohemian Rhapsody' holds at #2 after selling another 152,000 equivalent sales and a total of 822,000 since its release in October!

 

British indie rock band The 1975 lands at #3 with 'A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships' and 141,000 equivalent sales, 50,000 of which are from the UK and 66,000 from the US!

 

Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper's 'A Star Is Born' Soundtrack holds at #4 for another week after selling 129.000 units this past week and a total of 1.726.000 so far!

 

6ix9ine moves up one to #5 after debuting last week at #6 with his new 'Dummy Boy' Album which has sold another 121.000 units this past week and a total of 210.000 so far!

 

New entry at #6 for Korean Boy Band Got 7 and their brand new Album 'Present: You (& Me) Repackage' with 1st week sales of 113.000!

 

Michael Bublé's 'Christmas' rises 9 - 7 with sales of 110.000 this week and 12.060.000 so far, while his new 'Love' Album slips 3 - 8 after selling another 101.000 and a total of 468.000 since its release 3 weeks ago!

It's the 8th consecutive year 'Christmas' reenters the global Top 10. Since its release in October 2011 it has sold a total of 11.950.000 equivalent units!

Ariana Grande's "thank u, next" returns to the top of the Global track chart for a 3rd non consecutive week powered by the release of the official video clip, which made the biggest debut in history on the You Tube chart with 55.4 Million views in just 24 hours! "thank u, next" is the lead single from Ariana's upcoming fifth studio album of the same name. The track was written by Ariana about her past relationships with Big Sean, backup dancer Ricky Alvarez, the late Mac Miller and former fiancé Pete Davidson. 

"thank u, next" broke the record for most plays ever in a single day by a female artist on Spotify.
